Use Warnings Instead of Immediate Bans
[FEATURE REQUEST]: send warning instead of instant ban from a server, if something is little and not completely wrong then a warning is a good way to suggest to person to change something little

yeah i read the rules, so i think a good feature are using warnings and not instant bans and if it is necessary to ban then you do
