Request for Clarification on Payout Dates

I worked in plaqueboymax campaign and give like 550k views. Now it's ended last month and when it's time for payout i asked on customer support but not get my final answer and now they've just removed me from their discord. Pls tell me what's my mistake there and why they did. I don't know the actual reason behind this. Pls unbann me and process my payout
