Access to a private campaign unlocks when you complete the registration step inside that campaign's Discord server, usually the /register command or uploading a clip, though some servers use a register or verify button in the welcome channel instead. Run through that once (even if you joined a while ago), then give it a few minutes to refresh, your access and earnings should show up.
