Monthly Clipper Earnings Goal with Rewards

[FEATURE REQUEST]: can you add a goal for the clipper so they can set an earning goal at the beginning of the month and if the clipper completes their goal at the end of the month, they get some points sorta (the points won't pay anything) and then the goal resets at the beginning of every month.
