Improve Beginner Usability and Feature Requests

[FEATURE REQUEST]: Recommending for site to be more beginner and user friendly. 1. Moving "How it works" and "Rules" button to the right under Accounts so that theres a dedicated tutorial section. As a beginner, I do not know what some of these things mean as shown on screenshot. Including a video style tutorial would be helpful along with the steps provided. 2. Adding/importing a AI clipping software and adding it to the right so that you can clip your videos all in one
