Allow Campaign Video Re-Addition Within Signup Period

[FEATURE REQUEST]: i deleted all the vieos on a campaign because it was taking too long to update views, i thought id be ableo t add them back. needless to say i lost 100k views and 2 weeks of my life because i thought i could re-add them. the 72 hour thing is gross. it should count as soon as you sign up for the campaign. if i sign up for a campaign. that date should be the timeframe alloted to add and remove videos.
